Oco, a software-as-a-service provider, has introduced a supply-chain analytics suite that the company says can reduce costs, improve inventory management, reduce working capital, enhance supplier performance and improve customer service.

The Supply Chain Analytics Solutions Suite provides reports, analytics, dashboards and tools to address supply chain-specific issues, such as transportation and logistics, inventory, customer service and sourcing. In addition, the suite can facilitate collaboration with customers, suppliers and other outside parties.

The SaaS offering is capable of drawing transaction-level data from multiple computing systems in and outside an organization, and includes a data warehouse and business intelligence tools. The system can be deployed in six to 10 weeks, according tothe vendor.

"Since our solutions are up and running within just a matter of weeks and are targeted at key business improvement areas, companies are generating a very attractive ROI (return on investment)," WilliamCopacino, president and chief executive of Oco, said in a statement.

Oco claims its latest offering can achieve payback within 90 days and gain a 3x ROI.

The components within the suite include transportation analytics that cover all transportation spend on a detailed level, capacity utilization, carrier performance, comparison to budget or revised plans, and delivery performance. Data can be drawn fromERP systems or instances, demand planning systems and spreadsheets.

In addition, there's sourcing and supplier analytics that provide spend analysis, supplier performance tracking and evaluation, and purchase order status. The needed data can be drawn fromERP systems, one-off procurement databases, supplier relationship management systems and spreadsheets.

Other analytics in the suite include strategic sourcing analysis, purchase price variance tracking and order status.

More information on Oco's suite is available on the company's Web site.
